OMG, this conditioner made it SO MUCH EASIER to dry my beautiful Fur Baby!Normally it takes me approximately an hour to dry him after his bath because he's so tangled that I have to dry him one section at a time and work my way through his coat desperately struggling to avoid hurting him.This conditioner made life so much easier for us both! I was able to dry him in half the time and I did not even need to combo him out while doing so. I dried and passed the brush through afterwards just to ensure there were no tangles let in his coat.He's so much happier for it and he smelled absolutely YUMMY afterwards! His coat was nice and Fluffy, SOFT and smelled fantastic.

I have been using Isle of Dogs shampoos and conditioners for several years. This was on the advice of a person that bred Siberian Huskies and showed them in Confirmation dog shows. Siberian Huskies (and other double-coated dogs) need a conditioner for heavy coat management.I have always been happy with the results of this conditioner and have always mixed it in their coats and left it in after a shampoo. Recently, I started taking my Siberian Huskies to a local dog groomer and brought this conditioner along. The groomer asked me where I got this and how she could get some.My dogs coat feel soft and silky for weeks after using this and the smell is very pleasant.

My dog's breeder, who is also a groomer, recommended this conditioner to me when I complained that after his neutering, his silky coat changed to a fluffy, curly mess. And it really works! I bathe him, apply the conditioner and brush in into his coat using a rubber curry comb for dogs. Then a thorough rinse and blow dry and his coat is once again silky and soft. So glad to have this conditioner. Highly recommend it. Big bottle will last forever!

Works well to manage coats

This conditioner is fantastic. My Bichon's coat is very fine and matts like crazy. No matter how well I comb him out before his bath, once he is bathed I struggle putting a comb through his coat. I used this conditioner and was amazed when I blew him out. Not only was he tangle free, but the lift was excellent. His coat is soft, full, and remains easy to comb several days later. Absolutely no other conditioner compares to No. 51.

This conditioner smells clean and fresh, not perfumey. My dogs continue to smell clean for several days after a bath. It makes brushing out the Yorkie's coat a breeze and helps prevent tangles. My other dog is a shepherd mix and I use it on her, too. We live in the desert -everybody's skin and hair is dry - so for us, it isn't too heavy. People comment about how soft their coats are and love to pet them. I wish they made people hair care products in this scent!

My dog has really dry skin. I like the way this makes his fur and it's better than most dog conditioners. My hands feel really soft after bath time. However, I feel like I need lotion about 15 minutes after. My dog always flakes really badly after a bath. If you don't have dry skin issues or live in ultra dry Denver, it's likely perfect. Just be wary of you need a way to moisturizer skin - this isn't it.
