This product has improved the quality of my cooking life. I use a lot of pepper in my cooking, so I have always looked forward to a product that grinds pepper automatically and finely. It is very convenient and has an excellent design. While I am highly satisfied with every aspect of this product, one improvement I would suggest is incorporating a built-in battery that can be recharged. Currently, using AA batteries is what I consider the only drawback of this product.

I bought this spice grinder almost 6 months ago. I wanted to give it some time to prove itself. And...Boy, did it ever! It almost works by itself. It's very responsive, and efficient. It grinds thru peppercorns like a buzz saw. And you can change pods one handed. I set it down, softly press down on the handle, and the pod pops out. Put the handle over the smoked course ground salt pod, give it a soft press, and it's attached, and ready to go! Making spicing your food with freshly ground spices SUPER fast, and easy. We use it several times a day, and are still on the 1st set of batteries. We have told all of our "foodie" friends about how awesome it is. I'm going to purchase some more pods for other spices. I really can imagine that we will be using this spice grinder for years to come! VERY high quality.

Easy to use but didn't grind well. Wrote to product support explaining issue. They responded promptly and replaced the defective unit. Love how it works! Easy to swap out pods. Single hand hold and activation. It would be ideal if it had recharge capability. Maybe the next version??? Have used it so far on coriander seeds and pepper. More to try soon.

Easy instructions and simple to use. Love that you can use multiple pods for different things. Just disappointed that I now have to wait for the company to make more pods. It won't be available till May to obtain the Max pod.

It took me a minute to figure it out but once I did it was great. I love that I only need one hand to operate it and to change the pod it is so simple. The only issue I have is with the batteries not staying in place and I have to realign them every so often. I would like to order the heavier duty pods but they are out of stock. I will be ordering more pods for sure.

What an incredible invention. One of the most brilliant inventions for seasoning food! I literally thought of what would be extremely brilliant and useful while cooking and you all had already made it and it works incredibly. Big thank you.

Okay, where do I start. This thing has simplified my cooking SO much. I use a bit of salt, reach over tap, release the salt, tap on the pepper pod, bam I am ready to apply the pepper now. I love tons of pepper, I used to have to twist and twist to get enough, now I just push a button and hold until my heart's content! I ordered the herb grinder, I like the larger pepper corns, the herb grinder cuts right though them. I have had to refill the pods once, I have not had to replace the batteries yet! My only wish, is that it could be rechargeable, maybe a snap in charger that hangs on the wall. For now, I just use good batteries. 👍 great product, well worth the money!

It was great for 2 months. Now it doesn’t work. Was never wet and changed the batteries. I really like it and the company sent me a replacement promptly

Bought as a replacement for old pepper grinder OMG this might be more expensive but it more than makes up for the price. So easy to assemble and I love the light that comes on when you use it. Has a spare container for spices etc. I bought it mainly as a pepper grinder but can also be used for spices. Definatly recommend.

Loved the fact that there were interchangeable pods for different spices. But, for the price paid, this spoiled way too fast. The portion with the batteries corroded really quickly.
