Q: Hi, it this clip comes with soft click to open and shut? I bought several items, but lately the clips are very hard to snap, have to push it very hard

Our clips are made of stainless steel, it is easy to open and shut.

Q: how do I attach them?

You will open the clip, with the teeth side on the top, sew the clip to the top (edge) of your extension using the holes on the sides. The teeth of the clip needs to be on the top when you sew, teeth pointing to the hair side of the extension so that when you clip it on, the teeth can grab your actual hair. It is difficult to explain using words alone. Look up hair extensions on the web and see how the clips are on them as reference. Good luck!
