Worst product if you are slim boy or a man than it is not for you I am telling this because ring will not fit you and it is very difficult to use.It is so uncomfortable and if you moving little bit also than tab clip will remove if your shirt is too long than also this is not for you first of all i gave 5 star after seeing it's quality.It is not value for money.Please don't buy this product. I have returned this product
