It is very sturdy and an excellent for elderly

Shower grab bar.
The grab bar is the correct size for older hands. Makes the shower safe. Would not feel safe without the grab bar.

Easy to install.
The safety rail is easy to install. I would recommend using ceramic drill bits for drilling the holes.
