I have been using Terrasoul's Maca for about 5 months now. I started using the gelatinized Maca at first and I had wonderful results. I feel like I have more energy and sleep and wake up easier. These seem to be the most significant effects for me. I noticed when reading reviews people all had different things it seemed to help more with. I take it in the morning mixed with my protein shake and I don't think it tastes bad that way. When I first started I tried it by itself and it was not very tasty. I have found that if I don't put it in my protein shake I don't like the taste as much anymore. It adds a little extra sweetness.I recently ordered the raw Maca instead of the Gelatinized version. I haven't noticed a significant difference in health effects yet, it's only been a few days. Some people say that they experience stomach discomfort with the raw version, I did not. The raw version does have more fiber so I wonder if having a high fiber diet helps. I will update my review after taking the raw for a longer period of time, but so far so good!

I have been using Maca in capsule form for almost a year now and am very pleased with its results. I wanted to try the powder this time. The powder is easily mixed in water or juice (I haven't tried it in anything else as of yet). I have already seen results in the appearance of my skin with only 6 days of use. I am waiting to see if the results on libido are like the Maca extract capsules I have been using. The taste is very earthy but not totally unpleasant. I would recommend this product to others.

Best price found so far on maca. the quality is pretty good as well. It seems maca used to be better quality a few years ago and has watered down its flavour recently - seems fluffier, in all the brands I've tried. Earth Circle used to be one of my favourites, but too expensive these days and this brand is just as good, meaning the main supplier is probably the same who sells to all these companies in bulk. Terrasoul probably just got a better bulk deal so they can keep the price down. Maybe everyone's just getting greedy. Anyway, that's all just speculation based on the inside rumours of the health industry. This is a good product with a nice price 'in comparison' to all that's out there, but still overpriced in my opinion.

We use Maca in smoothies and herbal tea tonics every day. We were happy to find it in bulk at a reasonable price. The major complaints of most people not turning to a much healthier food lifestyle is the cost. I totally agree. It has been a hard transition for us in the pocket but not in our health, how we feel and the major changes we have experienced in our bodies and brain clarity since changing our diet to whole quality foods. Maca was one of the first Superfoods we started with, adding it to our daily smoothies. I'm always searching for quality superfoods sold in bulk at a reasonable price! I love the way this maca powder tastes. For my first time tasting it, I added a rounded teaspoonful to 1 1/4 cups of heated unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and stirred in a sprinkling of cinnamon. Yum! The maca smells good too. I read that it can be added to any hot or cold drink, or any smoothie. It can also be added to oatmeal and other hot cereals, or as a base for soups. It is a delicious and easy way to add energy and hormone balance for women, and a super-healthy boost for anyone and everyone, though they do not recommend it for pregnant or breast-feeding women.I emptied my maca pouch into a wide-mouthed quart jar, and will keep it in my cupboard where it is usually dark. I'm very pleased and looking forward to using it in various ways.
