Fantastic Update to a Great Character
I dislike how in the way Legacy Inferno’s bug arms can be in robot mode. The head should look up just a little bit higher too. Weapon storage in ant mode is silly. Wish it coulda tucked in underneath somehow. Light piping isn’t the best. If it’s not vibrant all the time, don’t use piping. Gotta get right behind the head to get any light piped at all. Those are the negatives. Inferno’s positives list is gonna be much bigger! His head sculpt is easily my favorite of 2022. The articulated mouth is everything. Despite the big arms being annoying to deal with, I can generally manipulate things to where I want. For the most part, Inferno has good articulation. Double jointed elbows. Universal shoulders, bicep and wrist swivel. Waist rotation, universal hood, thigh swivel, a double knee bend if you use the transformation joint too. Very good ankle pivot. Thanks to transformation, the foot can even point down! His proportions are lovely. Inferno’s tall and menacing. Clearly the Colony’s greatest protector. Paint deco is used well. Same for sculpting overall. It just feels like Inferno, you know? The manic menace I felt watching him in Beast Wars is very well represented. If you’ve got a Beast Wars fan at home, Legacy Inferno would make a great gift. It’s theoretically durable enough for kids to play with. An adult or teen shouldn’t have an issue. The toy itself has few hollow points. Feels like a lot of plastic was used. More budget seemed to go into the figure. The value for him should be better compared to other voyager scale releases.I certainly think I’ve gotten my money’s worth at least. This was the Inferno toy I’d been waiting and waiting and waiting for. It’s as worth the wait as I’d hope. The criticisms I had are not enough to keep me from having fun!

What's not to like?
It's a fun one! It's become one of my son's favorites. It's a good size, sturdy, yet the joints aren't too tight.

For The Royalty!
Inferno is such a great and fun character from Transformers Beast Wars. This figure does his design justice allowing him to do all of his "gimmicks" from the show while also being very articulated, even have an opening mouth in robot mode.

For the Royalty! My Queen!
This is probably my favorite WFC/Legacy Beast Wars arthropod Predacon figure. It captures his look from the show in his bot mode, especially his head piece. With the alt mode, it may not capture its ant mode from the show as good as the previous iteration, but at least, it does a good job of representing what a real ant would look like at his size, which is true for all the WFC/Legacy Beast Wars figures' alt modes.

Fun figure, with some quirks
Figure is solid, good articulation (including a robot mouth, which gives it a ton of character), transformation is fun.Only major nitpicks are the insect legs, which are servicable as an ant but not great, and kind of annoying in robot mode, they stick out everywhere. Also weirdly has faux ant legs on the robot legs where the old 90's toy had them, which looks odd when there are already 6 ant legs sticking out in other places. Nowhere for the gun to go in beast mode other than on his head.Otherwise a solid representation of the character.

He Slays
he slays so hard, i love the metallic paint they used for some of his tealy bits and his poseability is top notch, beast mode its a bit difficult to get his legs on the ground in a believable pose (i didnt even try bc i was gonna have him in slay mode again anyway) if you like TFBW hes a really great affordable figure. hes SO worth it for the price
