I could tell my computer was acting up, but thought I just needed some time to figure out the settings and key short cuts. By the time I figured out the exact error it was too late and outside of return window by a day. Amazon customer service bad and this company were not helpful and didn't resolve -It took multiple attempts to get exact instructions and what to do.under warranty but Lenovo hasn't responded to my ticket. Last time I'll buy a used laptop and last time I buy big ticket items from Amazon bc their customer support has gone downhill.2nd update as of 5/16/23: I've been fighting with blue screen for an hour now. Repeatedly asks for bitlocker recovery key, I've tried each of the advanced repair solutions. Not working. Next I'm going to try to wipe the entire computer, which has my personal files on it which sucks. Don't order refurbished computer from this company or Amazon bc won't help you.
