I actually bought these as my sister-in-law has some and really recommended them!These stress relief balls have a beautiful gentle fragrance which compliment different times of the day. I use Lavender at bedtime. I take a moment to inhale and exhale and funnily enough I don’t actually squeeze the stress-relief balls, I love to have a quiet moment of reflection and take in the affirmations - picture attached!When I wake up the following morning- the first thing I do is sip some water and I take in the morning Mantras on the lemon scented stress-relief ball. It’s puts me in a really positive place before the school run and a full-on day at work.In a side pocket of my handbag I actually keep the Eucalyptus scented ball - it really helps me to think at my desk and the Daily Motivations really do work and they are a gentle reminder to be kind and positive towards yourself!These would make a gorgeous gift as they are beautifully packaged. They are great quality and they are of a nice weight. Also a lovely thank you note from the small family run-business that make these :)If I could give ten stars I would!

I bought these for my daughter who has SEN- I had purchased many ‘ stress balls ‘ before and she burst each and every one of them relatively quickly! But these are so fantastic she couldn’t burst them if she tried! They smell SO lovely, the positive wording is a nice touch and they are extremely well made. They may seem expensive but trust me you get what you pay for! We are very impressed and would definitely recommend!

Use these when I go to the dentist, a great stress reliever. Texture is comforting and I find the different fragrances a great distraction. Quality is good! Overall a good set of stress balls

Nice size and feels comfy in the had. Packaging is beautiful. The whole product is quality. Gave these to a lady who has had a stroke so is using them to help regain movement in her right hand. Working very well. One happy lady. To be honest I have to say that the scented aroma is verging on nothing but for our use it is the tops.

What a beautiful product the stress balls smell amazing and are covered on the most beautiful sayings and quotes.. they made me cry. Love these stress balls, perfect for adults of all ages! The motivational quotes, mantras, and reflective prompts really helped me relieve my stress and anxiety throughout the day. I would definitely recommend giving them a go if you are struggling too.The aromas are a really nice touch as well, beautifully fragrant. My favourite is the lavender one. Helps me before bed 😊 Other than that, I like the smooth Lycra, and they seem to be durable. I would definitely recommend them!
