Can you show me shrink wrap to connect the wires to the pan so it’s nice and solid heat it with fire to make it nice and tight

These pins are designed to be attached to the wire with a crimping tool. With the proper crimping tool the middle tabs on the pin are folded over to grab the wire. And the small tabs at the end of the pin are folded over the insulation to form a solid connection. This eliminates any need for shrink tubing which would interfere with insertion of the pin into the connector block.

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking but I'll take a guess... If you can remove the pins from the clip and then put this shrink wrap sleeve over the wire then yes. Seems like a lot of work though.
