Easy to follow process
The main point of the book is to tell a story and leverage what you've done with the client to get them excited about making referral introductions for you. Some of his example scripts can easily be tweaked to fit any situation. I enjoyed it and use the process in my own practice.

I'm a sales trainer and author, so I'm always on the lookout for anything that can increase my sales expertise.I saw this book, really a booklet. I thought the price was out of line, and still do. So why did I give it 5 stars? Because the content is phenomenal. If you ever ask for referrals, the part that makes it all work is a personal introduction. This doesn't have to be done in person (but it helps.)Most salespeople stopped asking for referrals years ago. Why? Because the referrals didn't pan out. The reason is that you didn't get an introduction. Frankly, I was already using most of the material in the book. But it is described so well, and gives so many real examples, that I can't recommend this book enough.It was written for insurance salespeople, but will work in literally any business.
