I have purchased this wonderful coffee machine after having issues with my Turkish one which had 240V converter and the built in mixer is thr best thing which allows you to pour water + coffee without mixing with a spoon. It does really nice coffee and the layer of cream just right. Because I liked it so much, I bought the same one in Türkiye for my mom. Highly recommended!

I stopped drinking coffee 5 years ago. Then my Egyptian neighbor had me try some Turkish coffee. I loved it and immediately started thinking about ordering a coffee machine. My neighbor loaned me a different machine until I decided. I ordered the Okka machine - the same one they had. And I am so happy I did. Its an all-in-one machine. It has different settings and a wire spinner inside which blends and foams the coffee up automatically. I have not tried foaming any milk only because I prefer to add a little cold milk in my coffee. The machine is quality and extremely well made. The interior of the carafe has a non-stick coating so it's easy to clean. I rinse with warm water and a very soft brush then air dry. It's compact size and lovely appearance is easy to place anywhere on my counter. Makes great tasting gourmet coffee fast and is a great value. Don't buy any other machine. Just start off right with the Artisan Okka.

Stopped working after 2 months, big disappointmentUpdate:I reached out to the manufacturer and they replaced the machine with a brand new one. Great customer service, looking forward to using and enjoying the new machine as much as I did with the first one before it stopped working

The machine is supposed to have 2 user settings:• AUTO BREWING ALTITUDE DETECTION SYSTEM SETTING• BREWING TEMPERATURE SETTINGNone of these settings are working as shown below.The setting instructions are similar1. After turning on the machine you’re supposed to press 2 buttons simultaneously• Classic and Slow for the 1st setting• Strong and Milk for the 2nd setting2. After that, two things are supposed to happen:• A beep will sound: NO SOUND ON MY MACHINE• The LEDs will start flashing: NO LED FLASHING ON MY MACHINEWhen I asked about this on Amazon web site I received an incorrect answer: “try hard resetting your device, i.e. turn it off, take the plug off the socket, and then on again”. Of course, turning on-off does NOT do a hard reset.I contacted the manufacturer by chat (no reply), by email (no reply) and on Twitter. My inquiry on Twitter got a response from an R&D rep who asked for a video recording. I sent a video showing the problems described above but haven’t heard back.I returned the machine and got a replacement. The new machine exhibited EXACTLY the same problems: none of the user settings are working.I will return for a refund. Might buy it again when the problems are fixed.

I don’t know what people who gave bad reviews expecting from Turkish coffee machine , but this is everything I expected, it does perfectly. You have different brewing options which most of Turkish coffee machine doesn’t have .( I can’t say difference between but still there ) you can make Turkish coffee with milk which again other Turkish coffee machine doesn’t support. Only thing that I don’t like you have to be careful to wash the pot , it is not dishwasher safe cuz there electric mechanisms underneath the pot . Beside that looks nice , so it’s job perfectly and easy to use

Almost 2 years later (23 months), of two, sometimes three, daily uses. That's an average of ~1400 batches.Also have a "pro" version of this (the one with the knob on top instead of buttons), and it's absolutely horrible. The spinner wheel doesn't spin ha;f the time. Maybe its just a bad one, but for the price, the lower "M" series like this one seems to work better.

This turkish coffee maker is amazing, gets the job done right without having to keep an eye on it. My only complaint is that after a few months the button for the setting I like to use (classic) has become very hard to press. I reached out to support and they replaced it for me, so customer service is excellent, but I hope they will be upgrading the build quality on buttons in the future. Would definitely buy a new model that fixes this issue.

Makes coffee perfectly and when the sensor stopped working, customer support through their email was quick to help me troubleshoot it and ended up replacing it for me. It is one of the best turkish coffee machines i have tried so far and i do recommend giving it a shot
