Confusing title
My girls love the pens but I was confused the listing said so many pens and so many refills....I got pens no refills.. the pens were also only half full so not sure about the quality

These pens have been working great for my son who just picked up doodling again. They glide on smooth and add vibrant color to the other mediums he's using. Right now he is using them on adult coloring pages to give a brighter color than the colored pencils he was using. I am pleased with this purchase.
