Tastes good, low fat, high in protein
As a vegetarian, I need to make sure I eat enough protein. In my case, most of that comes from plants. Protein powders are generally incredibly expensive and often limited to being taken once a day. As nut butters are high in protein but also high in calories, I was looking for this powder online. As the oil has been removed, it's obviously a lot 'drier' than normal peanut butter when you mix it with water. Here my summary:The pros:- High in protein = 9g of protein per 16g portion of powder, meaning it has a protein content of 57%- economical because you don't need much- low in fatThe con:- not quite as flavourful as peanut butter (but that's done to the oil that's been removed and is the purpose of this product)

Versatile and tasty without the fat of peanut butter.
We use a lot of this, great alternative to protein powders. Very versatile can be used in smoothies, baking, pancakes, savoury or sweet. Watch as the prices can fluctuate hugely over time. Good quality though.

Surprisingly good, particularly as a replacement to peanut butter as an ingredient
Amazing in smoothies and protein shakes. Great for making satay sauce or other recipies that have peanut butter as an ingredient. Less calories and way less fat!

Wouldnt be without this
This is Amazing stuff ... As a peanut butter addict, being on a diet makes having PB a bit of a challenge ...Not with this!!Make it up into a thin paste and use it like a satay sauceMake it a bit thicker to spread on crackersMake it a bit thicker again, and stuff it into stones dates ... Amazing sweet treat on the go ...This has become a permanent feature in my cupboard - wouldnt be without it ...

If you need it you need it
Reviewing foodstuffs is weird, but here we go...Amazon provides this at a good price and is easy to buy.If you're shopping for this then you probably already know that the quality and taste/texture are fine.It mixes well in to multiple things and is versatile in that sense, but be aware to drink it quickly otherwise it sinks to the bottom
