Excellent Build Quality at an Affordable Price!!
If you're tired of replacing Ballasts and Fluorescent bulbs, this all in one T8 replacement LED light is The Way To Go! Great build quality through out. They are truly plug and play, or, if you wish, remove the ballast and wire your fluorescent fixture as per the included directions and your bulb buying and replacing days are OVER!I know, that sounded like a commercial right? It's not...These very well made replacement LED tubes direct 100% of the light onto the work surface, where fluorescent bulbs radiate a 360 degree light field which, if you don't have a reflector above the bulb, you know, you're loosing light! The clear/transparent cover vs. the frosted/diffuser is night and day. If you want ALL of the benefit of the light output, don't get the frosted/diffuser. But if you want a softer light, then definitely consider the frosted/diffuser, which softens the light.I chose the 5000K (kelvin) color to best represent my needs. Know the color of LED you want before buying! There are Kelvin charts available with a simple browser search that explains the lighting characteristics between Kelvin numbers. The 2000L (lumen) rating delivers 100% of the light onto the work surface and uses a mere 18Watts of power vs. 32Watts with the Fluorescent T8 bulb. Having said that, the 32Watt Fluorescent puts out (once warmed up) around 2300L (lumen) of light, but much of this is lost as mentioned before. So...you get 100% (I know, I'm repeating my self here) of usable LED light output. To finish up, they're a 50,000 hour light source!! Let that sink in...Fifty THOUSAND Hour bulb life! That's nearly 6 years if left on 24/7-365!! LED's, which stands for Light Emitting Diode, have NO filaments to burn out like incandescent, halogen or fluorescent bulbs and they are 10 times cooler while in operation than your standard fluorescent bulb.If you've been considering upgrading to LED lighting, you can't beat the quality or bang for your buck. At the price I paid, each bulb cost me $8.90 a piece. You may pay a little more or less depending on when you catch this review, but no matter when you read this, know that MY LED bulbs are still shining bright! Cheers!! Zip~

Good product at a good price.
The package of 10 LED bulbs arrived quickly and in very good condition. I rewired 5 shop lights that had defective ballasts for dual end direct connection to 120v power and removed the existing ballasts. This made the lights much lighter and easier to install. All 10 of the bulbs worked as expected. There was initially a very short delay the first time they were powered up. After that they all lit as soon as power was applied. Most of the lights are in fixtures behind diffusing panels and the intensity and color of the light was just what I wanted for my workshop. However several lights are bare shop lights in my basement and these bulbs do not have frosting. This creates bright afterglow dots (flash bulb effect) when ever I scan by the fixtures. I will replace those with frosted bulbs similar these bulbs later. I have not had the bulbs long enough to determine how well they hold up long term.Summary: The bulbs work very well as expected. The 4000K color is very white but not bluish. The down facing light beam spread is enough to not have dark spots between bulbs. The intensity is rated at 2000 lumen each. This is bright enough for my use but is a bit lower than the 2600-2800 lumen bulbs I replaced. I would opt for frosted bulbs rated at 2400 -2600 L the next time. However these bulbs are great for fixtures with diffusers.

Bright and easy substitution
Bright and simple to install. Rewired 30 fixtures in my shop studio. Only using one tube in each.

Decent Bulbs
I purchased a 10 pack. I installed these in a 3 double bulb balast liight setting, after removing the balist. The instructions are pretty clear - could be improved. I did have one bulp flicker (as others have indicated). However, I put that pulb in a different fixture and it worked great. Not sure if the flicker was due to wire connections or a grounding issue. So far I am pretty happy with the light and especially the brightness.

Reliable, easty to install, excelleent replaement for fluorescent lamps
Purchased 110 Sunco T8 LEDs for replacing the fluorescent lamps at my church. We converted 53 light fixtures replacing four fluorescent lamps with two LED lamps. Our subjective assessment is that the light output exceeded the previous light output and exceeded our expectations. 36 of the fixtures were in 20 foot ceilings. Out of 106 lamps installed there were zero (0) failures and the intensity and color match was perfect. The ballast were removed from each fixture to reduce a "point of failure" and to reduce energy consumption. The average time to convert each fixture was 15 to 20 minutes. The installation process was easy as follows: (1) Disconnect power, (2) remove fluorescent lamps, remove ballast cover, (4) confirm power off, (5) cut ballast wires next to ballast, (6) remove ballast, (7) Strip wires and confirm continuity to inside tombstones for neutral (yellow) and power (blue & red), (8) Connect 110 VAC line input (black or red) to black and red tombstone leads. Be sure to twist leads before applying yellow wire nut. (9) connect white neutral input to the yellow tombstone leads and wire nut. (10) neatly organize wires and replace ballast cover. (11) install lamps utilizing inside tombstones. (12) Test.An added plus for the LED conversion is the 5,000K light output is "day light" for photography and provided a more pleasing color balance for pictures taken in the big room.

Not a good product. 3 bad out of the box. Some concern about safety.
3 out of box of 10 did not work. One arked at connector socket and looked black when I removed it. I don't think I would even trust these for safety reasons.
