I have arthritis in my thumb. It works well. I haven’t had any green tint on my skin, but I haven’t had any pain since I put it on. I like how it stays in place. My other ring was loose once I got the size I needed to get it over my knuckle Only down fall is it will get caught in your hair if you run your fingers through your hair. I do jigsaw puzzles online a lot (daily) and my hand seizes up after too many hours without a break. Also with carpal tunnel I shouldn't be doing that anyway, right? So I thought having copper on my finger along with a copper bracelet I already had-that that would be worth a go. Let me tell ya it's like night and day. It is a very hard copper in that it does not give. I believe the size is a 7 which is my size. But really-it doesn't give even though it says it's adjustable

Very attractive antique copper flower design and it definitely seems help with the arthritis ache in the hands. I liked it so much I bought a second one for the other hand. Highly recommended.
