Does the camera come with a battery and charger?

Yes, but it can also be charged with a USB-C cable. I've also found that having an extra battery is a good idea since I tend to forget to turn the camera off.

Is this camera weather sealed?

No, this camera is not weather sealed. It is a great little mirrorless camera though and I would purchase it again. The images are great and it is fun to use.
