I used this product hoping it would help prevent new jawline/chin acne that I usually get and it not only did that but I also noticed the small white/flesh coloured bumps I have had on my jawline for months begin to disappear. I have a dry to normal type skin and tolerated this product well. I agree with the other reviewers it does have a strong smell but it goes away quickly.

DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!The product I received smells terrible, imagine the smell of nail polish remover but more chemical. You don’t want to put that near your face.I used loads of Avene products before and they always have a nice non irritating smell, the whole brand is aimed at sensitive skin, no way Avene would launch a product like this! I didn’t realize but you are not allowed to return this product, so I spent my money on a product that went straight to the garbage.

I already knew the benefits this product provides to my skin; i just couldn't find it anymore on any local store so i started looking for it on Amazon. That's how much i like it!Blemishes pretty much disappear overnight, as long as i use it on them on the first appearance, but still it works wonders with the "tougher-to-vanish" blemishes.In addition to oily and acne prone, my skin is also sensitive but somehow this product doesnt overdry or harms my skin like other products do that cause me redness and even new blemishes or take longer to make them go away. When i started using it, i realized i really found something amazing that really works for me; i dont know if either my country's humidity levels help with the non-drying or my own oily skin but the fact is this helps me and im willing to keep ordering it online for as long as i need to continue using it.PD. I've been using it with other Avene products for oily and acne prone skin, love them all! Cleasing gel, moisturizer and sun block lotion. After washing my face with the gel, i use a soft towel to dry it with soft quick touches until dry; then, i apply the blemish control serum on each blemish, wait until it dries and apply the sun block and then moisturizer with quick soft touches, all of this as directed by my dermatologist who introduced me to this brand.

A nice cream-gel consistency but every time it makes me want to scratch my face. It starts itching severely, without actual redness. Probably it is a reaction to the milk thistle extract which supposedly provides the anti-inflammatory benefit to the skin. Oral milk thistle extract does suppress my facial skin redness, so I was looking for a topical version, but that isn't it.

I love this cream, I have been using this for a week and see my acne clearing up and I have a nice glow! Great for sensitive skin. Thanks!
