FAULTY PRODUCT caused SERIOUS DAMAGE to my house $1,000's, no reimbursement for damages!
2/3/2023- As you can see, I'm very upset and wished I had NEVER ORDERED THIS PRODUCT. There were valves that were faulty and caused serious water damage to my house, celings, carpet, walls and doors. No one seems to care, AMAZON simply offered a refund, but NOTHING ELSE. We had to shut off the main valve to limit the damage and now we ae without running water for who knows how long. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, even with insurance, it would not have covered the damage we are dealing with now. It is a ROYAL NIGHTMARE! BUY A MORE REPUTABLE PRODUCT FROM A WELL KNOWN MANUFACTURER, OR ELSE YOU WILL REGRET IT AS I AM REGRETTNG IT NOW.

Poor instructions but product did function as advertised. Was misled, thought all fittings would be brass, but they were mostly plastic.

Did not get exactly what was shown.
If you look at the picture and the picture of the item on the sit the sprays are different. Also, the water pressure of the sprays are not strong they are weak sprays. Was not happy with the function of the item.
