Okay so even though you look like a serial killer wearing someone else’s face, this is literally the best purchase for people who suffer from migraines.I personally like the gel side as it is cooler but both sides are effective.I was worried the cut outs would be scratchy but I didn’t notice them on either side of the mask.The Velcro straps are great for keeping it in place.The eye mask is great for more concentrated headaches, sore eyes, etc.

Great relaxing mask. I actually wanted to get this for my 95-year-old aunt who has bags under her eyes and very swollen. She asked me what can I do to take care of this and as I’ve researched products the cold masks really help for this. I got two packages one for her and one for me so I could try it first to see how it works. It’s amazing if you get a full face mask and a separate I mask in a pouch that re-closes. The small beads inside just smelled very nicely around your face and it’s very comfortable to wear. The soft side is what you put against your face and it’s not over powering on your face but does the job very nicely

My therapist recommended an ice cold face mask for when I dive into an anxiety spiral. This mask fits the bill! I store it in the freezer and when I feel myself going down the nasty path of “what ifs” I just put this on my face. It’s amazing how instantly it works.

In preparation for surgery and knowing I would have to do a lot of icing I ordered two sets of this product and used them constantly. I often used the eye mask for under my chin. Worked great. Now switching to warm compresses so I will have to check back on those. I am going to recommend my doctor tell his patients about them. I loved them!

Somebody with tiny lips created this. Or a giant nose.. it doesn’t quite situate correctly on your face when it doesn’t fit the nose and mouth right.. Which makes it uncomfortable to wear .. So ultimately I don’t want to wear it which is what I bought it for..
