wonderful laundry cart
I use this cart to wheel my laundry down the street to the Laundromat. I bought it because I wanted something that would protect my laundry from the elements, make it light enough to transport, and fit a lot. I can fit about 1.5-2 loads of laundry into the bag comfortably, along with putting a couple of detergent pods in the pocket on the top (a zippered pouch on inside of top). The material of the bag is quite sturdy. It wasn't too hard to assemble, and the handle is very sturdy too. It stands well on it's own with the bar on the bottom. The wheels are great. I can wheel it over potholes, up and down the curb, up the front stairs and it never turns over or gets unsteady. I pull the cart about 4-6 blocks, and my arms do not get tired because it keeps the weight on itself. I love this bag/cart...it has made using a Laundromat and not having a car easily manageable!

Great Product - every better with a few upgrades :)
I would have rated this a five star after first week of use. Don't get me wrong it is still an excellent product. I do hope though that that will make four upgrades to the product. 1). The rear "sleeve" that slips over the frame is not sewed on securely. I have only owned my a couple of months and one side is barely holding on by a thread. I think if they were to upgrade this connection to allow for some kind of elastic for give it would help. If not, it needs much better stitching. The seam takes a lot of stress if your bag is full. 2). some sort of closure on the top flap. It blows up in wind. A magnet like a purse has, or a button and elastic loop would work. 3). Bottle holder is a nice idea but I have not found one bottle I can fit in the sleeve. Plus with no bottom - any smaller bottle you might be able to get in the sleeve would just fall out. 4). A zipper pouch on the frame sleeve in the rear would be a handy place to pop in a wallet, bus pass, keys, cell phone, receipts, tickets, the essentials. The zipper "pouch" where it is currently located it awkward to use.

Saved my 83 yr. old friend
When a dear friend had to move into an apartment on the second floor with no elevator, I was very concerned about her grocery and laundry needs. I began to research stair climbing carts and picked this one because it was light in weight but reviews did not report it as flimsy. Sort of The Goldie Locks position. My friend is only 5'2" so the main complaint of a short handle would not be an issue for her. She loved it for her grocery shopping and below is her email me reporting her first laundry visit. I think her words will mean more than mine."Since I go to the Wash and Fold at 7:00 a.m. my neighbors were probably wondering what was THUMPING and THUMPING down the stairs before they left for work this morning. It does THUMP rather resoundingly, but the darling thing made it beautifully on the two rut, broken-up driveway and equally well on the gravel surface in our back yard parking area (something that I worried might harm the wheels. Not at all. It rolled beautifully on the gravel with no injury to the wheels). Lifting it into the trunk was not a problem, nor was it a problem lifting it out of the trunk at the destination. Once at the Wash and Dry I kept it out of people's way and by me where I sit, read and wait, and since at 7:00 we are only staff and a handful of 7:00 a.m. regulars it was no problem at all. SHE'S A KEEPER! I hope you know how very grateful I am for such a magical carrying tool. You have been so thoughtful and so generous and always have been. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Mil fois! "You're the TOPS, you're the Eiffel Tower!" I hope Cole Porter doesn't mind my murdering his lyrics, but YOU AND JOHN ARE the tops, and I love you dearly."We love her dearly also and I am so happy that this product has made, and is going to continue to make, a positive difference in her life. I am 74 and I did not have enough strength to push lever into place to stabilize cart handle but my 77 yr. old husband locked it with no problem. Otherwise, assembly was easy.

Stinky with a short handle: I returned it.
I live in a third floor apartment, and was hoping this cart would help with bringing groceries up the stairs. There are two big problems with this cart that prevented it from being useful. I'm 5'3", yet the handle is far too short for pulling the cart up the stairs. The cart stinks. Literally, it has a very strong chemical/plastic odor. The odor did not go away after being out of the package for over a week. The cart has other problems, too. The wheels seem very flimsy, although the rest of the cart seems to be made well. It's very noisy bringing it up the stairs: as the wheels roll onto a new step, they smack into the back of the next step. Smack... smack... smack... up two flights of stairs.I sent a message to the seller 11 days ago. I have yet to hear back.I returned the cart for a full refund.

I like the stairs cllimbing wheels
I like the stairs cllimbing wheels, easy to push or pull...I do however wish it was much larger..it's really not suitable for more then 30 lbs of groceries.. let me know if you make a more heavy-duty version of this cart I'd buy that one...

Quite pleased
So far, this seems to work very well. I found it very easy to put together, following the directions. I also found it worked quite well, coming up stairs loaded with groceries. There was a bit of a "bump" to it but not nearly as much as I experienced with another cart not designed for "stair climbing". So I would say the specially designed wheels do their job well. Mine will be used exclusively for bringing groceries up an indoor flight of stairs, so I can't say how it would hold up to being towed about outside, or how it would stand up to the elements. But for my purposes, it seems to work quite well. Also, the issue of the handle being not long enough that other reviewers have mentioned is not really an issue for me, as I am 5 ft. tall and the handle is quite a good size for me.

Seems like a good product
This is a gift for my dad so I don't know if he likes it yet, but it seems sturdy, does stairs very well and was a dream to put together.

Good
The cart came well packed ,in good condition. It was easy to assemble. The fabric of the bag and the metal frame is sturdy .Wheels seem good too.The bag is spacious and I carried around 10kg grocery up the stairs.Pulling the trolley did take efforts but I guess this depends on each person's strength and capabilities.Otherwise I am very happy with the cart, as transporting stuff from car to the house has become easy. There is am additional belt provided to bind the bag if it becomes full.
