Q: Where can I find gloves that work well for this?

I used a nitrile coated work glove which I believe Amazon sells. I found they worked best when I kept a small bowl of cool water and dipped my finger tips in the water before handling the heated worbla.

Q: if I were to put this over led lights would they shine through?

Yes it would. For the most part it does stay clear, it just becomes a little milky after working with it, but definitely still transparent enough for light to shine through.

Q: Does crystal art come with instructions? i need to make realistic ice crystals for a cosplay and i’ve never used worbla.

you would do better casting a mold and making them in resin. This clear plastic is very hard to work with, The instructions do come with it if you still want to try it.
