Good customer service from Faber
After calling the Faber helpline, I was assigned a person the following day after receiving. Installation was smooth and clear instructions were given. Installation person came promptly within 12 hours of registeration

Gas leak, pathetic Amazon customer service, wrong information from Amazon
Gas leakage from the Nozzle. Overall quality was good but may be I received a faulty product. However my complaint is with the Amazon customer service team. The lead named aryan was non cooperative and was irritating.During purchase the product Amazon listed it for replacement however after delivery they haven't provided the option to replace. I had to return the product and the refund would take another 15 days. Pathetic. My money got stuck. And Amazon scammed by giving wrong information in their application.
