I just ordered this product and I am already impressed by the customer service!!! The manufacturer contacted me and explained how the product worked, and more importantly that it worked in conjunction with another product -- the Flowlock Outdoor Water Faucet Lock (part number 103-501RP). I had already purchased the flowlock faucet lock and it worked great! The savings from water theft paid for the faucet lock immediately. The adapter kit prevents the water from being turned on at the faucet.

This item works so perfect lock faucet in my front yard, no one can steal using the water.

This review needs another grade: "I don't know" since I haven't installed it. I will be using it with the Brass Fauucet lock. I think it will look and work great if I can get it to work.

The kit works, however the pricing of the kit and the shipping are way higher than they should be.
