These are great cables. A lot of the newer devices have power requirements were the traditional 1 Amp cables are just not going to do a good job. Those old cables just don’t supply enough current to charge them quickly, so I find myself replacing a lot of the cables I have for newer ones like these that can handle the higher currents. I was able to charge my phone using a Quick Charge 3.0 charger without any problems and in the same time it takes with the OEM cable. And as you can see in my photo, I am able to get almost 2 Amps through to my phone.Additionally, these cables are protected by the nylon braiding, which in my opinion looks and feels much sturdier than the old-style plastic/rubber cables… Plus they look nice too. The ends seem well protected with a flexible housing so, I don’t think the cable ends will fray as I’ve had on other cables. It seems to me that the remainder housing is made out of metal, which should also help with durability.Anyway, for the price I was really pleased to get five cables. To me, the 3-foot length is probably the most versatile. Sure, sometimes you need those super long cables, but 3 feet is good enough for most applications. I can never have enough of these around!One thing though, is that the item photos show that these have the blue USB ends which typically means USB 3.0, but they really don’t. Just as the description says, they are USB 2.0.

I love the performance of these USB Type C cables—they charge my devices fast and are super durable thanks to the braided design. The only downside is that they always seem to connect via data USB when I need them, but honestly, at this price, it's not a big deal since I can easily grab another pack. Great value for both Samsung and iPhone users!

It's not clear from their description, but these cables are both for power and data. They were a good price, so I was suspicious they were just charging cables. USB2, but they work fine!

Updated 10/11/18:Seller contacted me and sent out a new set of cables. They were just as sturdy and stiff at the first bag. I'm sure the things would take quite the beating because they really are quite tough.I've still had mixed results with them. Sometimes they fast charge, but it won't come up on the phone as "fast charging", but I can swap to an older type C cable and the charge time jumps up by 45 minutes or so, but I can plug one of these back in and the time drops by quite a bit, but still not "fast charging".I've updated my review to 3/5 "it's okay" because they really are VERY sturdy, and they do seem to charge well, but the fact they don't register as "fast charging" leaves me a bit put off. The customer service has been very good, and I would buy from the sellers again (just not this item).The cables are very sturdy, almost too stiff. The reason why I am giving it a bad rating is because they are NOT fast charging, or at least the ones I got weren't. Maybe 1 out of 5 will actually fast charge, and sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. I can user any of my other cables and it's fine, but these do not fast charge for me.
