EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED

These pulleys articulate and roll super smoothly. We purchased a couple of 4 inch bolts, 5/8 and diameter along with a spin on knob and washer for the back of the rig. These police roll very smoothly and don’t take long to adjust up and down the rig with the right set up. Great purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Works well with CAPS basic 2x2 squat rack. Finally can do lateral raises, resistant curls, kick backs, and more in my garage gym. High quality material smooth pulley system. It's stamped instead of welded model shown. Which is better....Highly recommended

Good quality just what I needed work well

I got these to improve my homemade power rack set up. Originally, I was using fixed bracket, small metal pulleys. I greased those so they weren't deafeningly squeaky, but work within the rack always meant dodging the cable-hung weight stack as it swung around during reps. These totally solve that problem, they do it quietly, and they are sturdy in spite of my concerns about their plastic composition. I am also really pleased with how the bolts are holding. My rack is mostly 4x4s and I was unsure of the holding power, but these don't budge.

The welds on this aren’t very strong. Started hearing cracking noises with 50lbs of weight being pulled from it. Ended up drilling a few holes in the center of the bracket and adding more screws to keep the weld from completely breaking off.
