Pretty
These are very nice placemats that match the table runner I also bought. Added a spring-like decor to my Easter dinner. My guest commented on how pretty they were. I have not washed them so I do not know if they will shrink or wrinkle badly.

Background is not white :(
The fabric is like muslin. The background color is not bright, as you might desire for a spring place setting. The hem is well done, but when I have time, I'll add a backing to give them some heft. It was fine for a last minute purchase, but I might have returned them if I had time just because I preferred a white background. To compensate, I changed from a bright yellow tablecloth to a green one. That made the dullness of the placemat background less noticeable to me so the focus went back to the flowers in the pattern.
