So I have taken many milk thistle supplements over decades. I didnt really feel any difference from them but took it anyway because what else to do.eating raw tumeric root helped. ACV helped. activated charcoal helped. vitamin C helped.But nothing really helped every single day.I bought this product despite its high price just to check it out.I can say its the first pill supplement I have taken that I actually feel on the liver.I feel in general better each day.
