The product works perfectly, and for those curious if it fits your newest Surface Laptop 5 13.5”, it does! Be sure to read instructions carefully before applying onto your computer. I would recommend to watch the YouTube video on how to do it as well. I will say that the screen will become slightly heavier making the screen tilt back with motion on your laptop, but it’s not a problem if you’re not going to be flopping your laptop around (I don’t think anybody would or should…) Overall, I’m satisfied with this screen protector, literally no air bubbles BUT you need to apply it with precision and if you do get bubbles just carefully push them out without damaging your screen. ALSO, I have NO problems when shutting computer and closing it, I guess for some people that do perhaps it’s a placement mistake or wrong computer. Hope this review helps!

First thing after buying a new laptop has to be buying a screen protector. I used to buy Megoo protectors for me and my family due to their high quality. My previous Microsoft Surface Book died of water a week ago (my daughter's cold water bottle in my backpack with cap tight, so it was a condensate solely which killed my 1.7-year laptop). But when you open it, remove screen protector and case, it looks like brand new. So, within an hours after buying a new laptop I've ordered a screen protector. Obviously, I was in rush, so when I've received my order, which happened pretty quick, and earlier than expected, it turned out that I can't stick it properly to the screen (initially my thought was: "Oh! New design!", because I've ordered screen for Microsoft Surface but not for Microsoft Surface Book (so make sure when you order you check twice what you order). I've requested Seller to check my order and they confirmed that fact. But what was the surprise, that next to this confirmation Seller offered to substitute my product without the return of the previous one? Do many companies do that? Probably not. So having this opportunity I wanted to thang MEGOO for both their great product and their great customer service.

Like any of you reading this, I always go straight to the comments to see how the product held up for the public. For this particular product, I read a few bad reviews as well as many good reviews but decided to order this product because it seemed pretty good and I would rather take the risk of ruining a $17.00 screen protector (or take my chances with it failing) than ruin a $1,100.00 laptop. Anyways, I'm VERY OCD when it comes to perfection and when I got the screen protector and sized it up on the screen, it fit perfect and all the holes lined up pretty flawlessly. Installation was very easy and it comes with multiple stickers, wipes, etc. to make sure everything is good before you adhere the screen protector to your screen. After installation and working a few bubbles out, the screen protector fits great and the computer closes all the way just like it did before. The clarity and performance of the screen/touch screen isn't affected at all and overall, I am very happy with the product! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a thin, durable, easy to use screen protector.

Very fragile. Since this is such a big install it does take some patience. A lot of cleaning dust especially if you have a cat sitting next to you watching and wanting to help. Had to remove just the edges a couple of times to take the dust out which caused bubbles. But even with the gentle care of removal the edge did crack a tiny bit. Not noticeable but now there is a gap between the screen and protector which is annoying. Otherwise would've been perfect. The best way to make sure you don't get bubbles is to make sure there is absolutely no dust under thre. If it's just air, just take two fingers on the edge of the bubble and with very little pressure drag them to the nearest exit and the air bubble will automatically fix itself. 4 stars because it is very very fragile. If my nail can cause that break a little more pressure will shatter it.

I was searching for a screen protector for my surface laptop because I did not want it to get scratched. I thought that the price was a bit high for a simple screen protector, but when I received it in the mail not only was there a screen protector (in great packaging might I add) but there was also an alcohol wipe, micro fiber cloth, stickers to help with the installation process, and dust sticker to remove dust. The instructions were clear as how to install them. The reason for my 4 star rating is because I was given a defective product that would not stick properly. However I contacted customer service and on the same day they offered a replacement free of charge. The customer service was great! The protector is at a great price for its worth. Highly recommend if you are looking for a screen protector for the Microsoft surface laptop.
