This worked great!!!
First, I purchased this with my own hard earned cash. It arrived on time, and was packaged well, and the instructions were pretty clear. There was no assembly, just attach it to your pressure washer and you will be good to go. I have the Subaru PowerStroke pressure washer, which I purchased from Big C (aka Costco), so there is no pressure adjustment, except for the diameter of the nozzle you choose. It supplies 3100 psi at 2.4 GPM (maximum). The dual nozzles of the arm seem to work great. As I have a screen on the water hose input to the pump, clogging was not an issue. If you do not have a filter screen,I would suggest getting a combo screen hose washer. While some reviewers are giving bad reviews, I suspect it has more to due with their pressure pump than this product. The one I received has a thick plastic housing, but the moving parts are metal, and the I have not had any issues with anything loosening up. The spray arm has a metal sleeve type bearing, and as suggested by others, I do give it a spray of WD-40 when I put it away. As for cleaning, I live in the PNW (Washington State), where mold is the state flower, mildew is the state plant, and I am pretty sure algae is an obtrusive invasive species.. My driveway received attention first, as it was cleaned last year, growth came back. I put the brush down on the cement, attached a stainless steel extension, and then connected the extension to the trigger wand of my pressure washer. The brush did not leave the ground, and it was as easy to use as a vacuum cleaner. Just move it back and forth across the cement. Too fast and it does not get every thing, so you go back over it (no big deal). After awhile you start to get the hang of it, and you can whistle Laura's Theme and move like a Goomba from the Super Mario Brothers movie while cleaning. Using this it managed to clean it in record time. I used less gas and water to clean the driveway, and there were no resulting streaks. The driveway and stairs only took two hours, where before it would take six. Additionally, with the bristles on the bottom, dirt, grit, and algae did not fly back or around. Typically, I would need to wear muckers and my jeans would be covered in the material I was removing. On our back patio, one pass of it on one stair in three minutes removed more dirt and grime, without spraying it on our glass patio door. My only issue is that it will not work well on red cedar decking. I tried it on a small section of my deck, and it did etch the wood a bit. However, as I do yearly deck maintenance, it is not a real problem as I will work it out with a sander. I purchased a separate stainless steel high pressure extension so I would not have to stoop over (I am 6'1"). This device is not too heavy or hard to use, and with my set up, it does not get air born. If you do lift it up, to move muck from underneath it, you will need to use some force to get it back on the ground, or just shut off the water flow to it. This is one of the best purchases I have made this summer, and I would buy it again.

EXCELLENT VALUE / WELL WORTH IT
I bought this 15" surface cleaner last summer (2019) and thought I would use it for awhile before writing any review. That said it's probably been one of the best 'house maintenance' purchases of the past year. It works great with an older Troy-Bilt (2800 psi gas) power washer. Living in the Northwest the moss and crud really builds up on driveways and walkways and this will take all of it right off fast. Compared to using just a regular small wand attachment this will allow you to clean the same size area 4-5 times faster. Two quick things: 1) diddo what other owners have said about using Loctite or similar adhesive around the base. It's not a big deal initially but will eventually start to move around a bit. 2) To save your back consider checking to see if the regular wand extension on your pressure washer is long enough to reach the ground. Something around the length of a golf club. Overall it's been a good buy - inexpensive way to keep property looking good.

This item did a nice job and saved me time power washing the garage floor and driveway. Next I will try it out in the deck. The only issues is that the top and bottom plastic nuts tend to come loose causing lots of play. Take your time and pay attention to it and can be hand tightened. Other wise it’s a very good construction.

Saved a ton of time, worked just fine.
Got my first power washer (3200 psi, 2.5 GPH) to clean off mold and algae from the driveway, bricks, sidewalk, etc. House, new to us, is ten years old. The spray tips work great: used 25 degree at full power. But they are very narrow so got this to cut a wider swath and it works perfectly. I saw other reviews of others that complained about the blast lifting the unit up; I did not have that problem. But pay attention: I had a swirl pattern if I went too fast, so turned it over and found that one of the two jets was plugged. Took it off, blew it out, and then just fine. You will go many times faster with this than just a tip.

Works Great - But here's a Tip
Reviews of very similar items indicated potential issues with the plastic washers above and below the brass connector located in the middle of the item. Apparently, the rotation speed of the water arm would loosen the washers. Upon viewing the item, I could understand the issue. Glue the washers with industrial strength glue and no problems whatsoever.A smooth concrete garage floor - never pressure washed - cleaned up so so. This scrubber cleaned a rougher texture concrete driveway - again never pressure washed - to make it look like new. Just remember the Glue.

For the money worth it.
I used this product to clean my 300ft driveway and turnaround. It worked very well I was amazed at the results. I like that the working parts are brass. According to other reviews the nut on top comes loose I had NO problems. My pressure washer is a 3 gallon per min @ 3100 PSI the more gal per min the better it works. I noticed that when I got to the end and I had to connect several hoses together the gal per min went down and the washer did not work quite as well. Overall I would definitely recommend this product. For the money hands down worth it.

Check other cleaners first.
Was more difficult to use than my previous cleaner. Weighs more and jet system is different. Not very stable at pressure. It cleaned pretty well but took longer than my previous cleaner. I should have gone to Lowe's to get same model I had.

Cheap and works
Let me start by saying that I have a 3100 psi gas pressure washer. I also thought this could be a waste of money, but I was wrong. Used it on my driveway and saved me many hours compared to just using the wand. It's not going to get really bad spots clean, but generally does the job. You do have to go a little slow with it. Kinda like steam cleaning a carpet slow, but that's way better than just using a wand.
