OMG!!
The BEST tuna I’ve ever had! The jalapeño is not hot. I pull it out and Chop jt up. I always drained my tuna but not with this. It’s soooo silky I dump it all in a bowl. I add some finely chopped red onion, I love heat so I use 3 dried tai chilies reconstituted in warm water first. Then chop them finely and add, finely chopped celery and last a finely chopped dill pickle. (We use Walmart brand pickles, yum!!). Mix it up with very little mayo bcus the olive oil in the tuna is beautiful flavor. It’s worth the money , the oil is silky and does not smell like fish at all. Trust me, try it! I have had them now for 2 weeks and out of 6 jars I have only 2 left.

High quality tuna with a nice flavor
This is high quality tuna, and very tasty. It is made with olive oil. I cannot tell if it is pure olive oil or not; most American olive oil is cut with vegetable oils, unfortunately. But it is quite potent, to the point where the only way I can eat it is with the jalapenos in it, which helps control the taste of the olive oil. I believe this is made with Yellowfin tuna, which is one of the species that is low in mercury. Anyway, half a jar is quite good for a light breakfast, and I try to eat it daily. It is a bit pricey, unfortunately. But it is good for a low carb diet, and for other nutrients inherent in the ingredients. I have had quite a bit of difficulty finding it locally. It seems to sell out much more quickly than the other flavors from this company. Admittedly, spicy foods are popular in my area, but this doesn't really explain its scarcity. That is why I end up ordering it online.

SO DISAPPOINTING!
This is my second order of this item which I was so happy to find on Amazon. The first order was perfect ~ in tact and delicious. My second order came, soaked in fish oil because 3 of the jars had popped their caps due to poor packaging. I think three of them are OK. I washed the good jars off and set them on paper towels at an angle to see if they were seeping liquid, but seem OK so put them right in the fridge. I'll check carefully when I open to eat ~ not at ease about this, but hate to throw out all 6 jars. Packaging is everything with these and these glass jars were not sufficiently cushioned and the lids released during transit. So disappointing! I probably will not order again, though I love the product.

High quality tuna packed in olive oil and shipped in Glass containers..
This is the ONLY environmentally correct and heart healthy tuna on the market in my search today. It is striking for fresh taste and is certified safe catch. Tonino Tuna is by far the most environmentally careful piece of fish any vegetarian that includes fish and also is cautions about the sea. Simply put there is no other good choice. No store makes it available and I am so worried Amazon will for some reason stop making is available. Please, continue to have this product on the list of items we can use to be good stewards of our bodies and our earth.

I would do and buy again
the jalapeno tuna a wonderful delicacy. i originally bought it in the store. one bottle at a time. then i got the idea to buy a 6 pack of the jalapeno. no regrets. it was a good deal.unfortunately in when the bottles arrived- one bottle was slightly opened and it leaked. i notified the company and immediately they offered 2 container of 6 pack tuna. i got financially refunded one pack and they gave me a new six pack. the company was very gracious.about 1 -3 months later, i finally decided to open the replacement. 6 pack --- one bottle was slightly ajar and leaked.i am not looking for another 6 pack replacement. just want to report what happened. and fyi- i opened/ate one bottlle ;last night. and yes i would buy another 6 pack.

I cannot have enough of this amazing tuna
I love this tuna so much that I cannot help eatting a jar almost every day. It is delicious, succulent, tasty, not dry, not fishy. Excellent texture and freshness. Some people like to eat the whole chunks. I like to beat them up with the fork until they are completely mixed with the olive oil they come in, and then eat that with some fresh seeded bread. The jalapeno tuna is just a little bit spicy. I do not think it could be considered too spicy for anyone to eat. Sometimes, it is so easy to bring a jar at work for lunch too..
