Works great for JBL Xtreme
Battery works just fine for the Xtreme model after it's installed. The included phillips screwdriver is helpful but you do need a bigger one to open the speaker. After it's fully charged, and then playing straight 5 hours of music (at about 50% volume), battery indication on the speaker still shows 5 LEDs. Hope that it will last for a while.

Good replacement, no instructions.
The battery is a good replacement for the JBL Xtreme. My JBL speaker would not charge at all.This product came with no instructions. There are 4 cushioning strips and I placed them on all 4 sides lengthwise.The prying tool is effective, but the screwdriver is not. I used one of my own screwdrivers that was a better fit.I took the original battery out, and it was swollen. After installing this new battery, it charges and holds the charge, and I can now use the speaker without the power cable.If the screwdriver was good and it came with proper instructions, this would be a 5 star.BTW, look for installation videos on YouTube, and make sure you take out the proper end of the speaker.Recommended.
