Great customer service
I use this in my first grade classroom and have only needed it a few times since I ordered it at the beginning of the school year. It doesn't always work, the position of the fingers ...
It doesn't always work, the position of the fingers is a bit awkward. And I was hoping it would have a more authentic feel, but it's just plastic (that really in no way resembles wood up close).

Bought for my therapy office, kids are really reassured by it and it brings up great conversations about anxiety. 4 stars only because the recovery time on it could be a little faster.
