Best tasting water
Arrived on time. Assembled no problem. No leaks. Strong handle. Removed the blue plug from spigot, water flows great. Used a berky filter to filter water, then poured into copper jug, put on plate of orgonite and wow, the water really taste great. Never will drink tap water again. Thanks.

Water dripping from the tap
Started using the water jar for few months . The tap does not screw well now, most of the time water starts dripping on its own.

The lid doesn't screw on firmly and water tight
It needs the lid to screw on firmly so the water doesn't leak out. Don't really like the spikey either. I do like a large copper water holder. Hard to take it anywhere with water in it. Also the spikey sucks you really have to crank it shut tightly or all the water will leak out on your floor or in your fridge. It will happen several times. You will think you tightened it enough and you didn't. Or your girl kid or guest will do it.

Overall satisfied
Overall we’re very happy with this item, I wanted something with a larger capacity that I wouldn’t have to refill as often. I would give four and a half stars if it were possible, the only negative thing I have against it is if you don’t twist the spigot off hard enough you get a occasional drip from it.

Every household needs this!
Drinking copper water has changed my life. I went from being sick with asthma and constant respiratory infections to no illness at all. Also allergies are gone. Beautiful and well made vessel. I did replace the spigot with a heavier duty one, but that's just my preference.

Leaking
Filled the water and immediately started leaking. I don't understand why it is not even checked once before selling.

Nice size of Water Dispencer
The dispenser arrived with a good sized dent towards the bottom side. The lid does not fit properly in that it leaves a gap when placed onto the pot. Also, I noticed that the 'NUT" holding the faucet from the inside of the pot is "BRASS" and I do not know what effect brass has on drinkable water plus the rubber washer. But will be returning this product
