Windsor & Newton have definitely made a name for themselves! When I saw that they made oil pastels, I was very pleased. I shouldn’t have been surprised, but I was surprised at the cost. What a steal these beautiful oil pastels were. I should have bought more. I definitely suggest these oil pastels to anyone looking for a great set.

What's most important to me about Winsor Newton oil pastels
I'm very 😞 with my Winsor and Newton oil pastels! I've wanted to try them for quite a while and I purchased these to find out they made in China! I have artist friends that have used the UK made oil pastels and they love them. These (not made in UK ) Winsor Newton do not lay down on the paper or blend that well. Not the quality I expected!Going to search for the regular Winsor Newton product!
