Beautiful! Just as described. It did take some time to assemble and some of the holes did not line up so I had to use a drill to create my own. It is very sturdy. Great value for the money.

I shopped and shopped, went back and forth, was indecisive and finally decided on Backyard Discovery potting bench because we have their gazebo as well and absolutely LOVE it! I was not disappointed. This piece is gorgeous! Well made, as well as beautiful. You do have to follow directions on Bilt app to make building easier for all their products. They have converted us for all our home yard products, we're getting greenhouse next and definitely buying Backyard Discovery. It's absolutely worth the investment. Also, be sure to treat the wood with lemon oil or another hardwood preservative to prevent sun and water damage if you plan to keep it outside. I keep moving mine closer and closer to the house, I'm sure to my husbands dismay, it will soon be inside as I love it that much.

I was so excited to put together this potting bench. The 2nd step was the was the 1st problem. My other half had to come help and told me to send it back. We had warped wood, we had to cut wood, re-drill holes. The only thing that was great was the hardware that came with order. We did get it together but will not last as long as I had hoped because of the problems we had. I was hoping to order a 2nd one because it is beautiful. Not worth the money.

This is a gorgeous, sturdy stand and has a nice finish.The one downside is assembly. There were 10 different sizes of screws and lag bolts required during assembly. Also, due to some poor drilling there were alignment issues that required me to insert most screws to 90% done during assembly and then go back at the end and tighten everything down.If you don’t own 4” (or longer) T20 and T30 bits, but them! The included bots didn’t fit the bolt heads and stripped the first screw I installed.All in all, I’m very happy with the item, just prepare yourself for a 90+ minute journey (if you’re working solo) when assembling.

Solid bench, exactly as shown. Heavy, but that's exactly what I wanted.

I used this on the patio. It looks great but it took a while to put together. It took my husband several hours to put together. He said nothing was aligned and some of the boards were warped. Despite, all that, it looks great and really adds to my patio. I don't know if it will hold up to the weather as we haven't had any.

The wood is GORGEOUS. Assembly- not so much. Some of the wood has dents or gouges out of it. A couple of major pieces (front board) are warped so did not go together flush. Most holes are requiring drilling. It's been quite a feat to get together. When we realized the one front board was so badly warped that there was a gap- we considered returning- but were so far into the process Kay continued on. It's not been easy. Wood lovely though.

This was easy for my husband to assemble and really looks sharp. It’s nice and big too. I absolutely love it for the price. It is substantial!
