Being a long time customer of EVL products, I was excited to try their Milk Thistle. Knowing the liver/kidney health benefits of milk thistle, it's great to find an affordable one-a-day option instead of a supplement that you have to take 2-3 times a day. I've taken it both with food and on an empty stomach and had no adverse effects in either case. The normal sized capsules are easy to swallow. I like to stay on top of my health, and EVL has been there along to way.

I have arthritis and I have to take immunosuppressants which are not good for your Liver so i have started taking Milk Thistle for the past couple of years in order to support my liver health. I have tried these out a few times and i feel this are a good daily vitamin which i take every morning either right before or after breakfast to support the absorption.There an averaged sized pill so no issue swallowing and they have no taste either and also it comes properly sealed. Good product with no complaints.

Milk thistle is one of those products that a lot of people take daily. Since supplements like this are not FDA regulated, you place a lot of trust in the brand that you buy it from. There is no company that I trust more than EVL. I been using their products for many years and have never found one that I don’t like. These milk thistle pills are easy to swallow and no after taste, all from a brand you can trust.

Purchased for potentially reducing free radical production/antioxidant effect and for skin (Based on some studies). Does not hurt to take since EVL creates excellent products at a very reasonable price. Would certainly recommend if looking for an additional supplement for the liver-protecting effects (not as a primary treatment if one has liver problems).

I'm not a doctor, but Milk Thistle is supposed to support liver function. I take it, and don't have any negative effects as far as I know. Hopefully it is doing it's job.
