I ordered these a year and a half ago looking for a veggie alternative to supermarket brands. Take it on and off to ensure I’m getting essential nutrients. Honestly keep forgetting to take them and it’s been at least 6 months since I did until day before yesterday. Got a routine blood test and doctors office calls to say I have extremely low vitamin D levels. Any case I’d been suffering from low energy for months and chalked it up to just working from home too much and job stress etc.I would run on the hills by my house and get winded in a couple hundred feet. Kept thinking it would get better once my body got used to it, but never really did. I realized these pills have vitamin D in them and popped a couple a few days ago. I did a half hour work out the next evening followed by a 45 min run/walk with my dog right after and suddenly had plenty of gas to do it. So...that was pretty amazing.I can’t be sure if it was the vitamin D or all the other stuff in there but even 5 months away from expiry this thing improved my energy and sense of well being big time. I felt calmer and more clear headed too, but that could be caused by the additional exercise as well. I'd say about a 60-70 % energy improvement in just a day! So yeah I would say these work quite well. This might be my first review written even though I read a lot of them! :)

This is the best multivitamin I have taken. I felt the difference using this product without jitters or unpleasant side effects. I like that this multivitamin does not contain magnesium so you can use your own supplement separately. I can't recommend this product enough

I really like this MV. I have to take a bite of food first then take them or else I’ll get nauseous- but that is with any multi vitamin for me. I like how the Vit D is 5000mcg.. most multivitamin won’t be anywhere close to that leaving people to have to buy Vitamin D separately.

This is a good product. I prefer GAT Sport but this is almost the same. I’m on my feet all shift so a strong vitamin makes a big difference. Some people don’t understand the yellow pee - it’s the B vitamins that your body doesn’t absorb. It’s okay relax.

Good blend of vitamins for daily needs. Bottle directions indicate 2 per day, but I have opted for 1, as I discovered for me personally, 2 hits me like I've drank 4 cups of coffee (which I already do daily). Price is right for the quality, shipping is fast. Overall happy with these vitamins, and will purchase another bottle when I get low.

As a late 40's, active male, I really needed something better than your average multi. Centrum didn't do anything for me. I narrowed it down to the EVL Vitamode for the simple fact that it seemed the most complete. Plus the bone and eye support. I gotta say, I believe in this stuff now. There's days when I can actually read my phone without my glasses! 😃As far as absorbency goes, I don't know. It's not like I get a rush of energy or anything, but you do get the radioactive yellow pee quite rapidly, so I guess absorbency is fast...Flavor is fine, as long as you don't pop it in your mouth too long before getting your water ready... It's quite tangy!!! Don't ask me how I know...So far, I feel great, not quite as tired as I used to be all the time, I can see better on some days, and it doesn't upset my stomach. I take one at my morning break at 9:00, and the other at lunch at 12:00. If I forget in the morning, or skip break, I'll take both at lunch. No harm, no foul.

I've been using CLA as a supplement for years.
