Okay, everyone could use more Mg in their life. My dad does a ton of research on products/supplements and recommended these to me and they are honestly life changing!I have always had trouble sleeping- falling sleep and staying asleep, getting restful sleep, etc. I also suffer from headaches and chronic migraines. Let’s not forget how moody I can get and the chronic anxiety. I’m not saying this fixed everything but it helps tremendously! I have repurchased this three times now because I am sleeping better (I no longer need Zzquil or melatonin I actually fall asleep on my own) my anxiety is not AS bad - I would much rather take a Mg supplement then meds which my doctors have prescribed me but they caused so many side effects that they were not worth taking. Mg has no side effects (for me at least). I feel like because it’s helping my sleep and anxiety I am in a better mood most the time. As far as headaches and migraines it doesn’t take them away completely but I have definitely noticed a decrease in the amount of headaches I would get (used to be everyday). I also have not had a migraine since starting taking these (coincidence or not). I would typically get 2-3 migraines a month.I definitely think this supplement is worth every penny and everyone needs it! Has the Mg you need which there’s tons of types out there but this is the one you need!

This product has helped me significantly with my sleeping and I want to say, with my focus (or that might be byproduct from getting better sleep). It has not caused any stomach issues or any other issues for me. My sleep is much deeper than it used to be. It's so effective that I've gotten several other people using it as well.I love that it has the 3 forms of magnesium that I want, without the other forms that I do NOT want. It's amazing how many magnesium products have the wrong formulations for those of us trying to get better sleep. This one is exactly what I was looking for after doing a lot of research.

I purchased this after doing some research on the "good magneisums vs the not so good". This one had all the good things in it. I was suffering from super soar muscles and not sleeping well. I had been told by different practitioners that my magnesium levels were probably pretty low and too try a supplement so I finally did. I was taking this for about 3wks when I went in for my yearly physical and had them actually test my levels. My levels were barely at normal so my Dr. said to just keep taking whatever I was taking. Needless to say I have noticed a difference, I am sleeping better and my soarness isn't quite as much as usual. I would love to keep taking but Amazon doesn't allow me to purchase with my HSA so I will be purchasing a different supplement from somewhere else and trying it and possibly going back to this one but purchasing from the website instead. Got try a few different ones before I make a committment.

I am very sensitive to magnesium - too much or the wrong type (citrate, maleate, sulfate, etc) cause problems. This combo works well, but it doesn't ship well. I have received two orders and in both of them, the rattling around due to shipping has caused one or more capsules to come open and coat every thing in a very bad-tasting dust. This last batch I opened the bottle spread the capsules out, wiped them off, wiped out the container. Better packaging required.UPDATE - I've been using this product since 2021 because it is, for me, the best combination of magnesium forms. The first orders I got had the problem described above, but the last 5 haven't. The interior of the bottle is sometimes slightly dusty with powder, but no broken capsules since then. As noted above, I am sensitive to Mg, so I take 2 at night, about 30-45 minutes before bed.

Firstly, Amazon delivered it very quickly, I am so pleased that it had come back into stock.If I need to add my credentials here, I have used this product on and off for over two years, I am a critical thinker, scientific, I have a degree in exercise science, specializing in nutrition and I am a long term sufferer of Irritable Bowel Syndrome, with many food based sensitivities.Supplements claim many things but often fail to deliver, I would say that this product is different in that regard.Sleep:I found this product to improve my quality of sleep, it is my understanding that the Magnesium Threonate has a high affinity for brain tissue and can have a profound affect upon it. This manifests itself as intense dreams, which are a sign of reaching 'Alpha' wave sleep, the most resting part! Not only can dreams be intense but also dream recall improves. With better sleep, everything else in your day can improve too.Relaxation:After taking this product, my muscles felt less tense, I was less fidgety and when I awake in the morning, I am happy to just lay there and relax (on my day off). Before, I would feel the urge to get up immediately, I was restless and my muscles were constantly tight, especially in my calves which I often had night cramps in. After taking this product I rarely ever have cramps (which can also be sodium/potassium related).Bowel:Increasing magnesium has, for me, helped improve my bowel health. It is effectively a long tubular muscle, therefore benefits from the supplement in the same way as any other muscles.Final Note:There are other generic Magnesium Threonate products available that are cheaper. I have tried these and the effects were NOT the same. Its odd as it really has only one ingredient so I am not sure why this is so, I can only think that the purity of the product and something to do with its manufacture, makes it more bioavailable and therefore efficacious. Others obviously agree as it keeps selling out, I am not one to take many supplements (as they mostly do not work) but for this one I highly recommend it
