Bought OEM Dell battery on eBay for my Dell Precision 5520. My laptop wouldn't recognize it. I tried tweaking a few software things and still no dice.I'd go on to our base threeore other batteries with zero success. What was I missing? Then I noticed (it might not mean much) that some of the "matching batteries" had differing number/code tags on them. I assumed that RRCGW was the same as H5H20 batteries. I say this because I noticed several vendors combining these tags look like this: H5H20/RRCGW.I even read where it was claimed Dell had moved from the name RRCGW to H5H20. But anyway, to cut a long story short, I decided to buy from a vendor (this one) selling a H5H20 battery.Bingo!!!!Fit and worked like a charm.Longevity? Still early days. But I am more than satisfied with the product.Finally, on a side note: this is the smaller sized battery meant to allow me to add a second storage drive HDD/SSD SATAIII. So if you don't want or need that optional drive, then you can go for the longer battery which has, of course a longer battery life (tag 6GPTY I think it is).A five star recommendation.
