Smooth with great aroma
Very smooth with terrific aroma. Grinds easily with bright smooth flavor with slight hint of carmel.ordered to more bags. Try it.

I believe it's as fresh as they claim, surprisingly.
Was decent. I believe the beans were as fresh as they claim. However, this was my first time tasting this type of coffee. I don't think it's for me. I tried it via cold brew and drip. Drip was better for me personally. I'm not sure, it had a weird after taste. Again, just me. Taste of coffee is very personal and a subjective matter. I will order a different kind and give it a go again though. Will update once that happens.

initially hated it, wasn't used to ethiopian coffee. much better black than with cream + sugar

Actually very good coffee. Most Ethiopian varieties, if truly from there, are an excellent choice.

Sour and Woodsy - Not great but drinkable.
It says on the package, lemon, honey and mango. I thought it has only a hint of fruitiness with a strong stringent sour taste. Mix that with cedar bark flavor. I personally did not like it but it might just be my taste.I tried brewing as a cold brew using the Staresso and as a pour over. I liked the cold brew better but I would not buy again. Peruvian coffee has a much better taste.
