So i've tried more protein powders than I can keep track of over the years.This by far was the best tasting out of any of them. I'm not lactose intolerant. No stomach issues that I know of. I mix it with plain old cold water. It mixed well, the smell was fine, taste was great. Heck, I even told the fiancee after the first shake that I can't see myself buying any other brand.The problem: Gas, bloating, nausea. Everytime. At first I figured maybe there is an adjustment period. It's been a couple weeks and I'm stopping this product as of today. Tired of spending so much time in the bathroom and feeling sick. I'm trying to get back in shape and this stuff is making me feel worse than when i started. I even tried lactose pills with it to see if it's just some reaction to one of the wheys in the mix. Nope, still the same issue.And of course, I'm SOL since I've used about 20 scoops worth so far. I guess I'm going to go back to Body Fortress Whey. Not as great tasting but over the years I used it and my results were fine from my workouts. I've used this for a while now. Going on 70, using Bowflex equipment, and this protein.. It's surprising i've lost a fair amount of weight and replaced it with muscle.. I didn't think I could have muscle definition at this age. It taste fine (i've tried other products, which tasted like chalk. To spice this up I experimet with adding some greek yogurt, 2 trays of ice, 3 ounces of non-fat milk. sometimes some peanut butter powder, cinnamin, coccoa powder, and a few drops of Stevia liguid. It's tastes GREAT, like a rich chocolate frappe. Since i use just a small amount of milk I get no bloating.. There is an amount of lactase in it too.This, I comsider the best of many poducts I've tried.

Wow! I’m impressed with this protein powder. Upon opening I notice that the powder is almost to the top of the container. Many other brands I’ve tried use a big container but only fill it about halfway. The cookies and cream flavor has a good taste. A bit on the sweet side but not over powering. I must say I have not detected any after taste. The most important feature for me is that this powder mixes up really well with no clumping. Time will tell in regard to nutritional benefits. This just might become my go to source for extra protein

Tastes like a bad chemical replication of cookies and cream. Tastes salty with bad chemical after taste. Runny, doesn't thicken up. Quest cookies and cream is leagues above this. Probably won't make it through the 2lb tub I ordered.

I have tried all kinds of protein powders. GNC was my place to go. Companies are changing the powder up. I like this protein. The taste is good. I like milk chocolate and vanilla. The cookie and cream is alright. Will definitely keep buying

This is the only protein I've been buying for about 2.5 years. It's a very good product. I recommend the banana cream its by far the best! And my wife really likes the banana cream too. I would also recommend buying a protein blend like this one because it not only helps build muscle but helps recover a lot faster at a decent price too. And it has Casein which is best for building muscle and strength so it helps feed your muscles through out the day or night. I buy in bulk now because it's cheaper so I either buy Cookies n Cream or Vanilla. I try and avoid the other choice. I've verified that they DO NoT spike their protein with fillers.

I normally do not have problems with gas, bloat, and that sort of thing but this stuff somehow causes the problems. Otherwise a terrific product

This has been my son’s go to for awhile now. I have it on auto ship. He likes the flavor and he has an allergy so we appreciate that it’s GF.

This package literally got to me in 24 hours. Great Shipping by amazon.got the Cookies and Cream flavor, tastes great with water. go to the dollar store and buy a hersheys cookies and cream chocolate bar , melt it , and put it in your mouth. thats basically what it tastes like, pretty great. Haven't tried mixing it with milk, since its creamy enough as it is.

I've ordered this product twice from amazon. The taste is amazing, it just tastes like Oreo!You can find some at Costco but in smaller quantities and it's about the same price.Or you could order it online on bodybuilding.com but there are shipping costs so it's cheaper if you have an amazon prime account and order it here.In terms of product quality, I have nothing to say against that product, I can basically use it as a shake or even as an ingredient for some recipes, but you'd have to experiment. 2 eggs and 1 scoop make a great pancake mix.I've been using this product for about a year now and training 4-6 days a week.

Mixes better than any other powder I’ve used, even in a bottle. Leaves zero texture which is a huge plus. Taste is also top notch but it is really sweet compared to other products. Since I mix with water it’s not too bad, but if you prefer to mix with milk or into a smoothie I could see it being a bit much.

After visiting the doctor, I just realized that this product has been making me sick. It had nausea, dizziness and vomiting and weakness. This product is terrible
