So I waited to review this because I wanted to reach out to the company to give them a chance to respond before writing this. I received my water jug and rinsed it out like the instructions say: but when I filled the bottle and screwed the lid on and took a drink- the water coming out was limited. Like something was wrong with the lid. So I unscrewed it and looked and one of the little plastic parts inside was broken. This also caused the bottle to leak a lot! I sent an email to the company, letting them know what happened and if they could just send me a new lid... but no response. So overall I’m very disappointed.

I love having these around. I use them at home. By my knitting chair. While I'm drinking from one, the other is in the refrigerator, chilling. I don't drink from the spout. I use a tumbler to drink from. Less chance of bacteria accumulating inside the bottle. The handle of the jug is very comfortable for pouring. I am drinking more water since having these on my side table. When the water becomes too warm, I just trade it out with the chilled bottle in the refrigerator. Fortunately for us, our tap water tastes great. It used to taste like a fish aquarium. But something had improved our tap water, thankfully. It's a more environmentally responsible thing to do, drinking water from a tap, rather than purchasing case upon case of (plastic) bottled water.

I bought this bottle in September to make a large drink that would last for a few hours of floating on the river and have been using it for water ever since. I have been trying to get in a full gallon of water every day so drinking a full one of these every day at work helps me reach that goal - the bottle is actually 75oz so I don't even have to finish two of them! Mine seals perfectly fine and I have had no issues with the cap. After 3 full months of almost daily use I would say it was worth the price.

The customer service was great, and I recommend this seller Perhaps I just had a faulty jug, but water did not come out very well, and the handle had a sharp bump that cut into fingers. I highly recommend the seller, but was disappointed that the jug did not work well.

Basically order the jug for the cats, filling up their water bowels.Two features U liked was the capacity & the jug came with a handle to carry around a tray of food in the other.Have a blessed afternoon!

If you don’t wanna spend a lot of money and you just want a decent water jug to replace your really nice jug that broke your heart and let you down... or if you’re new to healthy eating and you just need something to lug water around in... then this is the mediocre jug for you. It’s cheap, so you won’t feel mad if the cap breaks and the manufacturer won’t let you buy a replacement one. It’s convenient, so you’ll have no excuse not to drink your water. And it’s not particularly cute, so you don’t have to worry about anyone stealing it. It’s an extremely ok jug.

Love it overall. However, the cap has to be screwed on very tightly or it looks crooked and looks like it will bleak. I have not had any leak issues so far when I screw the cap on super tight. Also, the handle “squeaks” when trying to screw or unscrew the cap, so I try not to hold it by the handle when doing that. I just feels like the handle will eventually pop off if I keep trying to hold it while using the cap.

Exactly what I wanted to keep in fridge because I’m trying to drink 64 ounces of water everyday. I don’t use the spout because I don’t drink straight out of it. The handle would not fit a big hand, but my hand is small, so it’s perfect for me.
