My device might have been defective, but here is my experience. I puggled the machine in and let it charge. I turned it on, and the airbags barely inflated at level one. I quickly grew to level three, which provided minimal pressure. It felt like someone was pushing pillows against my hands. It might have been defective, but a waste of TIME more than money. I have to do all the returns, which takes time out of my life. A negative score would be the best fitting.

Battery life is not good

Unit worked well, with good massage options and heat. Particularly liked the left/right design. However is not comfortable for larger hands, so not ideal for most men or women with large hands. Inner nubs put pressure on hand, and design doesn't allow for hand repositioning while inside during use. I am returning for a different style.
