Amasu Shoga (Sweet Pickled Ginger) - 12oz by Shirakiku.

This is by far the tastiest pickled ginger I have found, including restaurant stuff. Alone, or with inari sushi this stuff is great. The local market that carried it in smaller quantities got bought out, sending us to the Net to find. This vendor, size well priced and a perfect workaround.

Nice tang/savoriness but pretty sweet. Wish they did not put as much sweeter.

Didn’t realize that this product had metal in the list of ingredients, so I threw them away.

I've been eating this pickled ginger for about 2 years now. I put it on top of my salads and even on steamed veggies. I grew up on Asian food when my father was the minister at True Light Lutheran Church in Chinatown, NYC.Buy and enjoy.

No longer available in my supermarket. Ordered through Amazon and tastes as good as remembered.

Clearly taste buds differ. I love pickled ginger, and have tried many brands. I haven’t tried a sweet version before and thought I’d give it a try. To me this has a strange artificial sweetener type flavor. Unfortunately I can’t get past it to eat it. Ah well.

I love pickled ginger! It has so many health benefits! I will be purchasing this again!! Delivery was really quick as well.
