Useful, but overpriced.
The dividers help to organize the glove box, but I haven't filled the box and it does shift around when removing the owner's manual. Nice, but I agree with other reviews that said overpriced. That being said, I wasn't expecting much but wanted to organize the preowned 2023 Ridgeline the hubby just bought. Did arrive well packaged and in a timely manner. Hopefully, it holds up.

Functional
Product came without any instructions but was reasonably intuitive to assemble. Fits OK. Not the best quality of plastic components. Does create some shelving within the glove box.

Better than some I have seen.
I bought this for my 2022 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition. I noticed and liked that this one had one larger compartment that I could put my owners manual in so it was the one for me.

Fits really well - 7.5/10 in terms of sturdy
Fit my 2023 Ridgeline well. Once it had things in it - it was less wiggly but I wish both pieces clipped into each other

it's not overly sturdy so you just have to be careful putting things in/out of the compartment, but it is a useful organizer
