Awesome bag! It actually looks much better in person. The picture doesn't do it justice, the camo is a tad darker than shown in the product image. I have only used the bag once so far on a trip across California, but it feels pretty sturdy and nothing has ripped or torn so far. The inside of the bag has a PVC lining and the plastic on the strap has decent thickness. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The Berry amendment requires that all military uniform items purchased for the Defense Department must be manufactured in the U.S. This has a tag on the inside corner that says, "Made in Taiwan" Also nowhere on it are the insignia or letters for USMC. As far as quality, it seems very overpriced, but it does have a heavy duty zipper and decent construction. Could be equal to USMC bag, but certainly not the same one issued to service members.

Got this to replace my sons “war bag” that had a broken zipper. Does the job well.
