Dress for Less BC Clothing Men’s Convertible Pant with Stretch

Good lightweight and convertible pants, and nice and cool in the heat, but the material is a little flimsy.

I purchased these at Costco, but since I was looking at convertible pants on Amazon I thought I'd leave a review. First off, I love convertible pants. Owns pairs from Kuhl, Fjallraven, North Face, Columbia, and BC. These were purchased with work in mind, and to that end I had only one complaint. The colors faded almost immediately. After the first wash I noticed immediate bleeding and fading. I wash all my clothes in cold water and vinegar the first time. Mom told me years ago it sets the color, and since I have 20+ year old tshirts (my geek shirts I call them) that people ask me "Is that new" constantly, Im inclined to believe it works. SInce I was ground crew on a golf course I didn't mind so much. Plus the price made it even more acceptable. But still, it only took 1 wash for each of the 3 pairs (3 different colors) and I cant remember a time that has ever happened on a piece of clothing. Let alone 3.They fit fine, held up to some major abuse, and the pockets were ample and intelligently placed and designed. Not exactly streamlined or fancy looking, but I guess most pants in this catergory wont be.When I purchased they were only available in Small, Medium, and Large. Not sure about now. I fluctuate between 32 and 34 and the medium fit great. The built in belt does the trick.

Color blend & faded at 1st wash. Too bad since they fit great!
