The ear cleaner works great. Light medicinal smell.

Our chihuahua/pitt rescue Molly has stinky baby Yoda ears and this stuff really gets the gunk out, but the smell is overwhelming. Molly clearly feels sorry for herself all that first day. Then by day 2 the smell is barely noticeable. If only these came in a milder scent, but they definitely do the job well and Molly is so good about holding still while getting her ears done, she's clearly not thrilled about how she smells.

My dog was head shaking and scratching at her ear. The vet prescribed a natural product that had worked before. This time she seemed to react badly to it and went insane with her ear. I flushed it with warm water and vinegar. She calmed down but still head shaking and digging two days later, so I ordered this product out of desperation. One application and she seemed at peace. I repeated the next day for good measure. Her ears smelled a little funky for four days but absolutely no digging or shaking. That was a month ago and no problems and have not repeated the application. Very pleased! I would recommend this product.

I was expecting this to be a light liquid solution that you only use a few drops of, but it turned out to have the consistency of Elmer's glue, and the directions say to fill your dog's ear canal with it. While it does temporarily relieve irritation in my dog's ears, the greasy residue causes her ears to produce a ton of wax to flush it out. After the initial pain relieving effect wears off, I have to rinse it out of her ears because the greasy residue makes her ears click and pop, which drives her nuts.

This was super helpful with cleaning my dogs ears. We’ve tried many different things and nothing helped his ears like this cleaner.
