My second time using this product.Cheaper version of "Var" from my experience - I use as a great recomp (but can bulk with as well)- increase in strength, power and helps burn fat (recomp) and gain muscle whilst in calorie deficit.No pct needed so cheaper than a cycle....takes about 15 days to kick in.

These capsules are of average size and therefore easy to swallow with some water.Should be taken with food.The bottle states to take one capsule per day. Doing this will mean you are good for 60 days.Although the bottle states to not exceed the stated dose of one capsule per day, I have read up how some people seem to be taking 1g or more per day to find the active ingredient to be affective and beneficial at this amount. This would be 2 capsules per day to get 1g. I am not aware of what standardisation of the active ingredient other people have been consuming, so I would suggest you do some research before deciding to take any higher quantities than that specified on the bottle. As we are all individuals, you may find 1 capsule per day works wonders for you. Just ensure your diet and sleep are on point to reap the most benefit from this or any other supplements you may take. This isn't a miracle pill.It is really difficult to assess and quantify how much of an improvement the product produced in me. I felt more focussed and energised in my workouts and my mood has been more uplifted in general and less DOMS. There has been gains made but whether they would have been made anyway without the item or how much extra in my gains this product caused, is unmeasurable because I am a single individual. A massive sample size of people with a double blind test analysis would be needed to show results and even then, there are so many variables and considerations to take into account.There is some research to show the benefits of the active ingredients in this product.The product seems reasonable value for money, with how it is priced. I can only suggest you give it a try for yourself, to see whether it aids your workouts and goals. Especially when you have hit a plateau.

The seal on the bottle was stuck to the lid and was already opened when it arrived in the post. I dont think this is really a good standard for what i would consider a premium priced supplement, and it also comes into question the safety and whether or not there could be possible tampering at play. In regards to the supplement itself the taste is abit hard to palate and its slightly bitter but manageable, this was expected as I know its not flavored.

Turkesterone is intended to help muscle strength, reduce recovery time, boost metabolism and a list of other body boosting intentions. I play golf and after a few rounds the next day can leave me creaking. I've used turkesterone before and had good results so i was keen to try this brand.These capsules are easy to take. At a dosage of 1 a day you'll have a 2 month supply. It does take some time for this to build up in your system and have really noticeable results. If you just take 1 and expect an amazing work out the next day, you'll be disapointed. But even after 1 you can feel a difference in your bodys performance.Good capsules and good results.

A natural muscle builder.Turkesterone is rapidly garnering a reputation for helping those working out and trying to build muscle.These veggie shell capsules which are easy to swallow being about the same size as a regular pain killer arrived in a sealed container with a long best before date and are batch numbered.The screw cap is not child safe though, so keep these out the reach of children.With all supplements, always check with your health care professional before taking these especially if you have a medical condition, taking regular medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding and over 18years old.It's also a good idea to check with your sport governing body if you're participating in any competitive sports tournaments for banned substances. I don't think this is on the list of banned substances but this can change from region to region and at any time.Also bear in mind that these supplements are manufactured in facilities that also process milk, egg, soy, wheat, nuts, peanuts, fish, crustaceans and shellfish.Recommended dose is 1 per day taken with water and a meal.This is a 60 day supply for just under £30 at time of review which is quite pricey for a supplement with limited studies that suggest these can help those trying to build muscle.I've used Turkesterone before and definitely noticed an improvement in muscle tone so maybe these do work.I'm happy to add these to my supplement intake although at this price I will probably source cheaper capsules unless these get reduced.These are worth a try but do check that these are ok to take first.
